SonicMemberSystem is a web hosted proprietary software system that provides fully integrated advertising, marketing and database management for businesses wishing to advertise merchant listings on the web for public search. The system is designed for use by membership oriented businesses including:

  • Newspaper Organizations

The Merchant Partner  (Top)

The licensee's web site provides for on-line merchant sign up. Our web hosted software then automatically creates and publishes produces the merchant web page and directory information upon approval by the system licensee.

The Consumer-Cardholder  (Top)

The licensee's web site provides both search engine and eCommerce features available to the public for card purchases and directory searches and print-outs. The system is integrated with the licensee's own eCommerce account.

The Licensee  (Top)

SonicMemberSystem provides the licensee total management control through password access to powerful web hosted administrative features that support the supervision and approval of web page content, management of merchant and member databases, monitoring of membership card status, processing card delivery, creating directory compilations and summaries, importing and exporting databases for personalized data integration with thermal plastic card printing software and SonicSystem, the eMarketing tools included with the licensee's package.

The Search Engine  (Top)

A powerful public search engine features multiple level searches by business category, sub-category and city for pubic access to merchant summaries as well as individual merchant web pages advertised on the system. Searches provide:

  • Summary listings by category searched.
  • Summary links to full web page advertising for each merchant.
  • Full Directory or summary printouts.
  • Coupon printouts from individual merchant web pages.

Membership Sign Up  (Top)

An on-line membership purchase capability integrated with your eCommerce account includes:

  • Promotion code features for pricing and specials.
  • Provision for one or two cardholders per membership card order.
  • Auto-email response to member reporting the successful sign up and/or purchase.
  • Auto-email akerts to the licensee reporting sign up status.
  • Automated card renewal features.

Merchant Sign Up  (Top)

An on-line Sign Up capability for merchants that provides:

  • Logo and photo links for hosting on the Merchant web page
  • Full text description of choice on web page
  • Provision for links to a second web site
  • Business or profession category selection
  • Address, phone and fax categories
  • Business hours category
  • Discount Offer
  • On-line printable coupon capability
  • Multiple location entries for chain stores
  • Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
  • Auto-email providing a password for future access to the web page.
  • Auto-email that provides text and link to obtain acceptance of terms and conditions if overlooked at the time of sign up.

Merchant Log In  (Top)

A merchant login capability is provided for access to the individual web page for text changes or coupon administration.

  • An automated feature provides for password replacement if merchants forget the password.
  • Merchants can change any element of their web page except the discount offer.
  • The Licensee is alerted by auto email when changes are made.

Membership Data Capture  (Top)

SonicMemberSystem captures, stores and exports membership data acquired through on-line purchases, individual entry or bulk imports into the system.

The various data fields are used for integration with membership card printing software, email broadcasts and snail mail communication with members as well as auto-renewal and other administrative processes. The data includes:

  • Individual member password for record updates and renewals
  • Name, address, phone, fax and email
  • Member ID
  • Registration or promotion code used when acquiring or making card purchases
  • Order History ID
  • Order ID
  • Date record updates
  • Purchase or sign up status ID
  • Product ID if applicable
  • Amount Paid if applicable
  • Start/Expiration Date of membership

Merchant Data Capture  (Top)

SonicMemberSystem captures, stores and exports data harvested through the on-line sign-up system. The data includes:

  • Merchant name
  • Company name
  • Phone, fax, address, email
  • Web page password
  • Sign up date record
  • Summary data for print directories
  • Terms and Conditions confirmation data

System Tools  (Top)

The licensee's administrative tools include the ability to:

  • Edit, approve and/or delete merchant/vendor signups
  • Create merchant text summaries for directory publication
  • Size and host digital photos and logos for individual web pages
  • Create and publish text content for publication on account web pages, auto-response emails and eCommerce functions.
  • Preview merchant/vendor listings prior to web publication.
  • Create active and inactive business links by merchant name for inclusion in eNewsletters and other web and print publications.
  • Manage business and consumer data import and exports by field
  • List businesses by category
  • Create directory summaries by date listed for use in print publications, supplements and special category directory publications.
  • Manage Master Directory assignment to custom directory creation.
  • Create merchant/vendor phone/fax lists.
  • Manage membership order status export sign up or purchase data for order delivery.
  • Establish and assign promotion codes for eCommerce pricing.
  • Ad and delete flash, scroll or rotation images for home page advertising

SonicMemberSystem is User Friendly. If you are familiar with email, MS Word Processing and using an Excel Spread sheet you will have complete command of the system within a few hours of manual review and telephonic discussion/email exchange with our consultants. For licensees who do not have these basic computer skills, it may require 10 to 15 hours of focused learning.
